General Description
The Sennheiser EZT 3012 Neck loop is designed to work directly with a hearing aid switched to the ‘T’ telecoil programme. The neck loop is used to enable a hearing wearer attending a tour to hear the guides voice directly into their hearing aid. A neck loop helps the tour guide comply with the Equality Act. The EZT 3012 is compatible with both analogue and digital* hearing aids.
*Please note. If the EZT 3012 is to be used with an EK 2020-D II Bodypack receiver then the receiver may require a firmware update. Please contact us for details.
